STEP 1: EXFOLIATE – Apply the HELIABRINE® Replumping Care for lips and to get rid of dead cells, gently massage the lips with small circular movements using the smaller touch points of the brush.

STEP 2: MASSAGE – After the exfoliation, use the larger touch points of the exfoliating lip brush and massage the lips to improve blood circulation and help restore volume. Finish up by moisturizing the lips with the HELIABRINE® Replumping Care.
Wait a few seconds and apply your lipstick if desired.
