Orders are processed Monday to Friday and usually ship within one business day. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days in Canada and up to 10 business days in the contiguous United States. You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

Yes. Up to 3 free samples come with every order, depending on availability. It is the easiest way to try a product before committing to the full size.

Once your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. If it has not arrived after the expected delivery time, write to info@thebeautyshoppers.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.

Availability can change without notice. If an item in your order is backordered or discontinued, we notify you by email and you choose between waiting, a replacement or a refund.

Satisfied or refunded: you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the products. Items must be in new or gently used condition, in their original packaging, with any free samples or gifts. Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error. Some single-dose items are excluded.

Contact us first to receive the return instructions and address. Ship the items back with their original packaging. Once received, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

We do not process exchanges directly. Return the item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order for the product you want. If a product arrived damaged or defective, contact us right away and we will take care of it.
