WHAT PEOPLE ASK US
Your questions about hair care
Ecrinal recommends it at the first signs of hair loss. In a self-assessment conducted by Asepta with 25 volunteers over three months, 96% reported a visible improvement in the look of their hair: more apparent density, more body, more shine.
They are recognized products that strengthen the hair fibre and care for the scalp.
Give it three months of regular use — that's the period over which Ecrinal ran its assessment. Hair grows about a centimetre a month: that's the pace of biology, not of the product. Most people give up after six weeks, right before it starts to show.
Shampoo cleanses and strengthens, but it rinses away. The ampoules penetrate the scalp and keep working between washes — Ecrinal actually recommends using both together. If you're only going to take one, take the one that penetrates. And if you're unsure about your own situation, write to us: a real person here answers.
Yes. The ANP2+ range can be used on coloured, permed or straightened hair, and the strengthening shampoo is sulphate-free: it won't strip your colour. An ampoule can even be used now and then to revive coloured hair.
Ecrinal recommends one ampoule every two days for the first two months, then one every three days in the third: a box of eight lasts about two weeks at the start. A 220 ml shampoo lasts two to three months depending on how often you wash. We'll send you a reminder at the right time if you're signed up for our newsletter.
