What else you need to know:
Beautyblender features an open cell structure that fills with small amounts of water when wet. This allows the sponge to be “full” so that the makeup product sits on top of the sponge rather than being absorbed, allowing you to use less product every time. When wet, beautyblender doubles in size and becomes even softer, returning to its original size when it air dries.

What else you need to know:
Beautyblender has choosen to use safe, water-soluble dyes that do not harm the environment and will maintain the integrity of their proprietary foam. For this reason, you may notice some color run off or wash away the first time you wet beautyblender. This is normal and will disappear after you have cleansed the product several times. Please note: the color will not transfer onto the face or clothing.

Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Satisfied or refunded

If you are less than completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days (from the delivery date) for a full refund*. We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duties charges unless the return was due to our error.

If you would like to return an order:

  1. Contact us to receive return instructions and address
  2. Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order.
  3. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued in the original payment method within 7 business days. Any store credits used will populate back to your account immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any applicable duties and taxes from United States orders.

We are unable to offer exchanges, but we are glad to assist you in returning your order and completing a new order for the new item(s) you want.

If you would like to exchange your item(s):

  1. Contact us to receive return instructions and address.
  2. Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order.
  3. Once we have received your package, we will process a store credit to your profile which will appear on your account immediately.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. If your product arrived either damaged or defective, please contact us right away.
